A photography holiday in Suffolk – Taking a holiday and combining it with your photography hobby is a win win all round, so whether you are a well established photographer or it’s something you want to try out for the first time Orford and the Suffolk coast are perfect.

It’s a great time to relax and enjoy the moments, so take a breather and your camera out and get cracking…

 Great places to hang out…

The Suffolk coast has a wealth of brilliant photographic content from the winding rivers, through to the seas, the endless pebble and sandy beaches and the infamous big skies . With the beauty of the coast and the magical light, Suffolk has become a ‘go to’ location for photographers.

If nature photography is more your thing we have nature reserves, RSPB Minsmere – home to BBC Springwatch , marshlands and islands – a regular feature is the Havergate Island trip by the RSBP. Hop on the boat from Orford Ness.

Locations such as Shingle Street are as yet, in the main, undiscovered and you can find yourself there alone …  well just you and your camera.

Each of the seasons brings something new crisp white frosty mornings in the Winter, new beginnings in Spring and as you can imagine we are awash with colour in Summer.
